Secure Processing & Responsible Recycling
All business equipment dropped off at our Denton facility is processed through secure intake and documented data destruction procedures.
We responsibly recycle a wide range of IT assets including servers, network hardware, laptops, desktops, monitors, and related electronics.
As a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) registered recycler, we follow environmentally responsible handling practices for all materials received.
Certificates of Destruction are available upon request for qualifying equipment.
What Happens After Drop-Off?
All business equipment received at our facility enters a controlled intake and processing workflow.
Step 1 – Secure Media Handling
All equipment is inspected for hard drives and data storage media. Drives are removed and processed through documented destruction procedures.
Step 2 – Inventory & Lot Tracking
Equipment is weighed, categorized, and assigned a lot identification number. This lot ID tracks materials as they move through our facility.
Step 3 – Reuse Evaluation
Assets suitable for reuse are routed for testing and refurbishment when applicable.
Step 4 – Responsible Recycling
End-of-life equipment is dismantled and processed for proper downstream recycling in accordance with environmental standards.
Whether reused or recycled, all materials are handled securely and responsibly.
